Martina Gribben

Martina joined UHY FDW as Senior Audit Manager in 2018 and was appointed Director in 2020. With over 15 years’ experience delivering audits across a wide range of industries and preparing statutory financial statements, she brings both technical expertise and a practical, client-focused approach.

After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with a Big 4 firm in Ireland, Martina spent five years with the same firm in New Zealand, broadening her international perspective and deepening her knowledge of complex accounting matters.

Throughout her career, Martina has advised organisations on strengthening internal controls, enhancing risk management frameworks, and embedding best practice in corporate governance. She is highly regarded for her ability to build lasting client relationships and her dedication to developing our team, ensuring they deliver the highest quality audit and assurance services.

As Head of ESG and Sustainability at UHY FDW, Martina leads our work in helping clients navigate the rapidly evolving environmental, social, and governance landscape. She supports businesses in integrating sustainable practices, meeting regulatory requirements, and aligning strategies with global sustainability frameworks - helping them to strengthen their reputations, improve resilience, and achieve measurable ESG goals.

In addition to her leadership role within UHY FDW, Martina serves as Chairperson of UHY International’s Technology Global Audit Working Group Committee, shaping global audit approaches in an increasingly digital and sustainability-driven world.
